Mr. Crawford is a retired Navy E-6 First Class Petty Officer. He managed 40 ships in the Red Sea during the Gulf War. Mr. Crawford received two Navy Achievement medals and numerous Top Secret OPS. He served in USN from December 1984 – June 1994. Mr. Crawford has estimated construction materials required for building remodel (commercial) and materials needed for private construction. He also managed construction personnel for job-site production on strip mall and tire shop construction. Mr. Crawford designed, drafted and estimated sewer, water, electrical and boundary design for numerous subdivisions in the Detroit metro area. He also designed and drafted (CAD) the DTW runway project in 1999 where he managed 15 personnel where all works were completed on time and under budget. Finally, Mr. Crawford received the President’s Award for outstanding performance with CCS Medical.
